THE FISE
About
The International Festival of Extreme Sports (Fise) is the biggest and most prestigious freestyle sports competition in Europe.
The event takes place in Montpellier, where the best wakeboard, skate, roller, mountain bike and BMX athletes face each other for the top spot in their categories.
Puzzle Media’s teams have filmed the entirety of the event – both the village’s animations and the competitions for each discipline.
Every step of the competitions have been broadcast live on giant screens and on their website (www.fise.fr) every day from 10AM to 11PM (sometimes even up to 2AM) – so both the live audience and the web did not miss any of it.
Puzzle Media installed a TV set for the first time in Fise. Two presenters commented the competitions: Raphaël Chiquet and Miguel Martinez. Those two specialists of extreme sports were helped by experts in each discipline as well as the television host Karine Lima.
The live webcast recorded over 250.000 views!
Some of the exchanges between the presenters and the web audience created a buzz on Facebook that sometimes generated up to 2.400 comments for one publication!
